String Up The Sound EP out now & Dubamine mix for Toddla T
Dubamine’s debut EP for Dub-Stuy Records, String Up The Sound, is out now on digital formats with pre-orders open for the 12″ vinyl, which will begin shipping on July 29.
The EP features vocal contributions from Blackout JA, Brother Culture, and Carlton Livingston. The songs are summertime anthems, built for sound system and singing along. Rounding off the EP is the ‘Murda Style’ riddim.
Fans of Mungo’s Hi-Fi, DMZ, and OBF will find plenty to like in the release. Support for String Up The Sound from Om Unit, Toddla T, Daddy G (Massive Attack), DJ Madd and more.
To celebrate the release, Dubamine was invited to do a guest mix for Toddla T on BBC 1Xtra. The 20 minute mix features exclusives from the Santa Cruz producer and Dub-Stuy Records including forthcoming releases from DJ Madd and Bukkha.
